2024 SPRING CLEANING

Than Hsiang Temple held the annual Spring Cleaning on 21 January 2024 at 8.30 am.

All volunteers gathered at “Da Bei Dian” for a brief dhamma talk by venerable Wei Wu, the founder of Than Hsiang Temple.

Ven Wei Wu praised all volunteers for their active participation. He reminded everyone taking this opportunity to be mindful in cleaning our inner defilement of greed, hatred and delusion in order to welcome the new year with a purified heart!

The participations were the sangha members, Taichi group, Sunday dhamma school group, English dhamma group, “fanbai” group and Kalyanamitra Home members.

After the briefing, everyone went to their respective places to do the cleaning.

It was good that cinnamon bun and water were given as breakfast.

Before noon, everyone finished their work and gathered at the canteen to enjoy the delicious vegan lunch prepared by the canteen.

The 2024 Spring cleaning ended in a joyful atmosphere!

Continue diligently in the path studying the Buddha's teachings and listening to the Dharma.
