Use VirtualBox to Install Windows Xp inside Ubuntu 8.10/8.04

Need Windows Xp to run some programs (not often used) which Wine does not support.

1. Install VirtualBox
a. download Virtualbox for Ubuntu
http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads

Note: virtualbox-2.0_2.0.4-38406_Ubuntu_hardy_i386.deb also works in Ubuntu 8.10.

b. double click the file to install

2. run VirtualBox
From menu: Applications->System Tools->Sun xVM VirtualBox
If you cannot find System Tools, log out, and log in.

3. Create a virtual Windows XP
Here is what I did:
196 MB RAM
5 GB Harddisk

4. Install Windows XP
Insert your Windows XP install CD and install...

5. Set up share folders to share files...

virtual box

ok I've mastered dual boot pc/ubuntu 8.10
Now i want to look at virtual box (to run itunes in Ubuntu)
Can virtual box use the xp installation that I have under the dual boot ?
