What Programs I added to my Ubuntu desktop

1. Adobe Reader 8
I like its booklet print function.

2. Realplayer
It is better than windows version.

3. firestarter
A Firewall Program.

4. Unison
synchronization tool to transfer files between PCs.

Note: Unison stores sync profiles in ~/.unison/*.prf. Edit the relevant prf file, and add a line 'perms = 0' and it will always ignore permissions for that profile.

5. Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English Updated Edition 2 CDs

6. RandR (Resolution Swithcer)
For Notebook to connect to projector

7. Stardict
I have added more than 50 dictionaries.

Use it to run Adobe Photoshop CS, Dreamweaver 8, Firefox 8, MS Office 2003

clean up a system so it's more like a freshly installed one
